Starting from beautiful Ortigia you will have the opportunity to visit the ravines and beautiful coves that line the island in the direction of Castello Maniace with its high walls overlooking the sea.
You will be able to enjoy both canoeing and SUP.
For those who do not know the term SUP stands for stand up paddle and to understand it represents the “comfortable” variant of surfing.
As in this sport, it is necessary to stand on the board, but the latter offers a much more comfortable and stable support than surfing.
For this reason, SUP can be practiced by anyone without problems because it does not require great technical skills and is extremely fun!
Advancing through the water will not require riding the waves, but you will just need to work your way up with a little elbow grease with the paddle you will be provided with.
