Plemmirio Marine Protected Area Tour
Plemmirio is the promontory rising from the Syracuse coast that gave its name to theMarine Protected Area that stretches from the Maddalena Peninsula to Cape Murro di Porco.
The boat tour inside the Plemmirio reserve takes you to discover a unique underwater heritage!
We head straight into the heart of the Plemmirio reserve, a magical place where you can admire the whole spectacle of the peninsula’s unspoiled nature!
We will make our first swimming stop at Punta della Mola, known as the Pillirina, a natural inlet with two small beaches where Caretta Caretta turtles still come to lay their eggs!
